INGRIDIENTS.

  • Add in vanilla extract or rose extract into the mixture. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, fast until mixture is very stiff for 10 to 12 minutes. Pour the fudge mixture into a greased square cake tin and flatten it using a spatula or a fresh banana leaf greased with butter.

    Top it with raisins, nuts or fruit pieces. Soon before it cools down and harden using a knife draw lines vertically and horizontally into equal precises and cut them.

    You can enjoy this fudge at your evening tea or as a desert after meals. You can try this simple recipe at home.... 💛

i got one step mixed up but i managed it....
